Do you think being good looking makes social anxiety worse

I live in a small town so there aren’t a lot of good looking people so being alright looking put me in the spotlight a lot I feel like it made it harder to have social anxiety I always wished no one would notice me

yeah, but the world will have no sympathy for people in that category. not from the ones who want your attention, and not from the ones who wish they could get the attention that you do.
