do you find people from big cities really think they’re something special when they visit smaller towns/cities?

Not really. But in general no one cares that's stating the obvious. I do enjoy visiting smaller towns and exposing myself to different ways of living. Can be a bit of a shock seeing how things are a bit slower than I am used to. But it's always nice to change up the scenery.
