How do you create groups on here?

It's clear a lot of them were made by users, but i've never seen the option on either phone, tablet or PC.

馃I think if you make a suggestion,somehow it will create the topic!Just not sure how that works!I started The Rabbit Hole topic when there wasn't one and now there are a couple of groups under that tag!Go figure!

馃If I remember,I tapped Rabbit Hole in the Group Searc and at first,there was none!A few days went by afterwards and I tried again and there it was along with one other...now there are three!
