What are the best and worst attributes about the neighborhood you live in ??

It’s a pleasant old neighborhood with a trail and lots of trees where the kids play outside and people wave. The down side is that more and more houses are becoming rentals so it’s beginning to look less tidy and lose the quiet and peaceful feel it used to have. I’d rather move now.
