When someonse's beliefs are the opposite or different from yours, do you call them "retard?"

@Zoranna Couldn't agree more. A woman just called me a retard in another thread I started because my views of dick pics are different from her views. I told her that it's demeaning to mentally handicapped people to call someone "retard" and that that behavior is bullying, plain and simple. That's what leads people to suicide.
