Why not, it’s a fruit. I hope it’s a green one, they keep longer. I should know, I have green bananas on my kitchen counter I bought almost 3 weeks ago that are still green.

@Nimbus When they are that green they have a sap in them that is hard to wash off your hands and it will stain clothing if it drips onto a shirt.

cook with skin on til soft & skin starts spliting.Peel skin off,cover with coconut cream & chop'd chillies
