Don't have them on an empty stomach and don't change their time, and don't stop unless it is recommended by your doctor.
Probiotics will keep the bacteria in your digestive system much balanced. Limit sugar intake and don't buy probiotics that are sweetened. Go for natural/greek yogurt and Kefir.

@Starsandfire I think you can get your three time twenty minutes per week for vitamin D. Just make sure to wear a hat 🤗 Get well soon.

@Starsandfire Also take ALL of the antibiotic, even when you feel better. If your auxiliary label on your medication says to stay out of sun, do so. Some antibiotics make you very sensitive to sunlight and will cause a sun burn. Feel better soon.
