Let me talk about religion for a second

I don’t believe any religion is the right one. If there was a “correct” religion then it has been lost long ago. There’s a few ways I see it. Either all gods are real, and they get their power from their believers. When a god ceases to be worshipped, that god ceases to exist. Or you are your own god. How you feel upon your death determines your afterlife. If you believe that you’ll go to heaven then you will. If you believe, then it will happen. My favourite so far; there is a web of consciousness and knowledge stretching across eternity. When you are born as a human, you become disconnected. Independent. Ignorant. Only when you die, and are freed from your mortal bonds, you rejoin the collective consciousness and regain knowledge of all. I really like that one. But I’m also going to worship Lord Hircine, Daedric lord of the hunt. What’s the worst that can happen? Nobody knows. That’s the beauty of it.
