Why would you raise your child up in a high crime neighborhood?

And dont say bc you dont have a choice. There is almost always a choice. There are other options. There are safe places to live that offer section 8.

@coary987 Basically the government aids in rent payments above a set percentage of income. There is more to it, a calculation formula and criteria that must be met, but essentially a government subsidy program.
