Why is most of everything in America is ran by white males

It’s like a game of monopoly that started in the beginnings of America with white families in charge now new players enter but the game is already dominated by the family children

So that white females can't completely destroy the country.

Because white people colonised it so they’re the majority? But I always hear it from people from my country who moved there that America is the only Western country that gives everyone a chance to make it big, how many immigrant CEOs do you see in Europe?
