Yes you can try 3 things
1. Go to an EMDR psychotherapist
2. Try meditating. Close your eyes and doing the MRI, talking to yourself that you are ok and relax even if you have anxiety. Endure the anxiety it's ok it won't hurt you!
3. Ask the doctor for anti anxiety mess or blood pressure meds ( stage fright pills) to be calm
