Jesus Christ is the express image of the invisible God, full of grace and truth. In Him all of the fullness of the Godhead dwelt. Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no man goes to the Father except through Him......

Spend no more time wondering about us and our issues after reading our state before Holy God in Romans 3-

"10 As it is written:

“There is none righteous, no, not one;
11
There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
12
They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.”
13
“Their throat is an open tomb;
With their tongues they have practiced deceit”;
“The poison of asps is under their lips”;
14
“Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
15
“Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16
Destruction and misery are in their ways;
17
And the way of peace they have not known.”
18
“There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin." (Romans 3:10-20)

But rather, direct your wondering after a Holy God who did this-

"21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a [h]propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus." (Romans 3:21-26)

If you would like to talk about this, I would be more than happy to converse with you. Just message me with any concerns/questions.

We exist in a perpetual tug of war between the aspects of our personalities, we have the propensity for good and evil always.
The definition of what is absolute is tricky, but it could be simple.

Perhaps the mere choice of not choosing evil is the only absolute we have, along with the subjective clarity in being aware enough of your own shadow to know your true intentions and values. It takes being objective, honest and strong enough to know ones self in real clarity to distinguish that.

I recommend Beyond good and evil by Nietzsche, you'll find that very interesting.
Very interesting idea and thought-process. If the absolute good, or absolute evil is varied and defended on both sides, from outside perspectives... There will still be pure bad people in this world. People are not born good, but some people are born bad, and that is my personal belief, based on my personal experiences.
I believe that most people are good, and I think that often the people in prison (in particular drug-addicts, which would be most of them) are better people than the prison-guards:
Many people went to prison, as their crime was done out of desperation, and often bad people do not end up that desperate, however someone who signs up to be a prison guard, more often than not, is suffering from a small-dick-complex, wanting to control people which he can state that the law says is beneath him, thus feel better about himself.

@Nemiko excellent views ..yes the legal and judiciary system many tine fails to punish those who are extremely bad but have not commited a crime yet ..but i dont agree that people are born bad ..how can a baby be bad .. like he must be tempered and moulded into a bad environment by evil parents but a baby cant be bad ..like son of satan dont really exist .
@SW-User I completely understand your view, and I know that my belief is very unpopular. A son of satan does not exist, but psychopaths, for an example, do exist. A psychopath is a person born without the ability to feel sympathy for other people - a sociopath would display many of the same characteristics as a psychopath, but due to mental illness. A psychopath does not have a mental illness, he/she was born with a dysfunctional brain.
Is it really "evil" when said person was born like this? That question would often only enter the discussion until the psychopath did something considered unforgivable in most people eyes, and I will let that part be up to imagination.
This is the best answer that I can give to defend my view on the topic, as it's not up to personal opinion, but a fact.
When it comes to personal opinions, yes, I do believe that since we all are born with individual different personalities, some of us are born far more predetermined to become bad people, or good people. People who will enrich, or people who will damage, other people on our journeys.

My best childhood-friend came from a terrible alcoholic family, and he did very well in life, worked hard, and did a lot of good for others.
My first boyfriend also came from a terrible alcoholic family, and he never finished education, never got a job, and he did a lot of damage to many people on an emotional level, besides from the fact that he'd steal as well, without the thought of a care in the world, was a pathological liar, and he never changed.
I obviously knew both of these guys very well, for many years, and yes, they had the same "tools" available. They shared an almost indistinguishable background, but ended up opposite from each other, with nothing on the outside really affecting this.

I do admire people who attempt to see the good in everyone, and often that isn't foolish or naive, but very true. I don't think it's a completely realistic view however. I understand the good intend and will/wish, but I know enough to not believe it. I sometimes wish to be 13 again.

EDIT: changed he's to he'd.

@SW-User because then you wouldnt be your own person. Im happy that God gave us a free will to be good or bad. I'm glad that we have to fight for what's good in order to be worthy.
SW-User
@MartinTheFirst why choose struggle ( but you have a beautiful point ) ? Why not only god made us perfect to prevent us tge pain of regret and the feeling of being evil ?
