Can anybody suggest for weight loss exercise and all?

Start swimming, it's an excellent calorie burning and very ow impact for your joints.

And reduce calorie intake to about 1500 per day.

Start with cardio if you haven’t exercised before. Low calorie intake,water (tons of it). Do this for a month every day until your body and muscles adapt. Start FST-7 a month in to gain. Don’t increase the weights,just do the program with high rep counts
