Do you supress a lot of hate?

I used to, then I realised that it was destroying me internally. Had to make peace with everyone and get over the problems that happened in the past.

Omg yeah. It's pretty difficult to make me hate a person, so when i do they deserve it. I know quite a few that deserve it.

Life be too short for that.
When the world is all Negativity why put more energy into it?
