Does democracy lead to chaos like is seen in united states unlike monarchy where chaos appears to be less like in united kingdom

The 'chaos' in America is the same in most countries where a democratic system exists. It is not the democratic process which is at fault but the interpretation and subsequent actions of a deranged minority who couldn't even follow simple instructions on 'how to put on a coat'.
