Men, how much trust do you have on the PSA test

@shadedsly Yes I have, my reading was right at the point where the risk is high. I think it might be hereditary as my dad past away from this damn desease.

i see. thats unfortunate, and i wish you luck. on a more direct note to your question i recommend multiple tests at different facilities. a second opinion is never unwarranted, and "medical complications, and misdiagnosis" are some of the highest causes of death statistically speaking

@shadedsly I am fortunate as my physician is always on top of these things. I know and trust her opinion. I am in good hands, I am sure. I am seeing her this week....hopefully it will be positive news of some kind and hopefully take preventive measures to decrease the odds.
