Do you have a set bedtime?

Mine is 10.00pm on weekdays. I don't mind, I need all the sleep I can get 😩

10:30pm on school/college nights for my younger 3 unless they get sent to bed early and they're normally in bed before midnight at the weekends and during the holidays.
