I cried happy tears at the end of Mary Poppins Returns. Also, I cried both times I saw Coco
I suppose the last time I cried being sad was when I learned 6 months ago about a former colleague who died after a short battle with cancer. I hadn't even known he had been sick.
Right now, I feel pretty good about life, although I'm mentally exhausted quite a bit lately.
