Idk how to meet people
Literally all I do at work is meet people. But there's no time to find anyone that I actually want to meet.

Think of meeting people as kinda like fishing. To catch a lot of fish, you have to use the right bait.
So what's good people bait? Being interested in them--who they are and what they feel or have to say--is a good start.
And don't fake it. Be genuinely interested in others and, normally, they'll take an interest in you.
