Why do guys send dick pics?

So the only reasons I can come up with for girls asking is genuine curiosity or wanting to know if the guy is worth the bother for sex. But every girl I've talked to has flat out said dicks aren't attractive. Sending us a dick pic just gives us another way to judge you.

Personally, I'd be more interested in torso pictures. Dicks by themselves are just ugly.
