Do you think countries have a moral responsibility to stop a genocide or mass murder in another country???

If said country claims to espouse support for human and civil rights, they can’t maintain “friendships” with nations notorious for genocide, murder, and say nothing about those violations. That is, they [b]shouldn’t[/b], it would be unethical. We [b]know[/b] that it’s done all the time. 😞
