Do you think countries have a moral responsibility to stop a genocide or mass murder in another country???

Only if there's a way to do so that doesn't result in even more suffering. It's very common for an allegedly well-meaning nation to intervene in another state to stop some atrocity, but make the situation worse in the process. A good example is U.S. involvement in the Syrian Civil War.

@bijouxbroussard Yup. I went with Syria because human rights abuses are basically the only reason why we (said we) went in there to begin with.
@BlueVeins That’s what we claimed regarding the others, too. To “liberate” the people from “unjust” regimes.
