Why am I like this?

Since highschool, every year, this time of the year I feel bad. My birthday is in less than 2 months and I don't want to age. I feel like I did nothing in a year and I'm just getting old without doing anything for myself. I'm just wasting year after year. I don't know what I should even do for myself!
