the law doesn't see it that way... 9 times out of 10, the guy is the one that'll get charged with assault (even if all he does is retrain her/put her in a headlock/chokehold), even if the woman inflicted the most bodily harm and/or used a weapon
On the other hand, if you taser them, it's perfectly acceptable (and quite hilarious watching them drop like a log...) 🤔
