Have you ever accidentally peeked into the atm screen of the person infront of you while they were withdrawing cash ?

My friend was checking her balance and I could have sworn I saw a 6 digit figure in her balance 😐

A six digit account is nothing big in North America, particularly if it was a business account rather than a personal account. Virtually every Landlord in Canada is worth more than one million just in collected rents and they call themselves poor.

@SomeMichGuy Yes but I was underlining my point. You cannot buy a modest house for less than a six digit down payment.

@Anonymartyr hmmm are you in the Golden Horseshoe? some other major place? or out in, e.g., Alberta, where the land use laws favor farms v. breaking up plots for homes (thus artificially inflating prices) ??
