Did you play outside a lot when you were a kid?

What fun things did you do? I loved to catch frogs after a rain even at night, catch fireflies, explore the country roads and creek, play under the yard sprinklers, etc.

Sooo much. One of my favorite things was to find a little dirt patch in the grass and play with my hot wheels. I’d also sit in the grass for what seemed like hours making white clover bracelets.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart I got spanked one day for taking a claw hammer and pulling up the grass in the yard to make roads for my toy cars.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart Daisy chains we called them. If you were skilful enough you could make a long necklace for some girl.
