Are you good at what you do?

I am. I am always slightly concerned about people who aren’t. I would love to know perspective on this.

I am one of the best at what I do in the US. But I’m currently mircromanaged to all hell and gone and that means a bit of a hit to my ego, hence, a hit to my productivity. New job on the horizon.
