Human evolution....how far apart is our physical evolution from our mental, spiritual evolution?

I would pose our physical attributes have changed over the past millenia...due to heslthcare, diet, medicine, we(westerners)tend to be taller than our ancestors; our teeth have slowly changed sincenour hunter/gatherer days...as the physical size of our brain...and our digestive system
