Human evolution....how far apart is our physical evolution from our mental, spiritual evolution?

our physical bodies are the same as they were millennia ago.
but somthing changed in our brains,, and we moved forward
over time we have had mental evolution, but Much of that is NOT GENETIC
NOW? tho our bodies are the same our MINDS have split off into many forms. some are old and stupid, dead ends,, but those would EXTERMINATE
the more advanced kinds if they could
if you dont have the TOOLS, ( for thinking) you cant do the work
and some peopleSTOP evolving oh say In thier teens, and stay like that the rest of life
