Anyone Live In The Warm South?

Could I get an invite? I have never been in the South. I am tired of this weather up here. I am pretty honest about myself. I would be a good guest.

I live in ne Texas but it's not warm. It's 35 and tonight's low is supposed to be 17.

@JustinOnTheRoad That's what I thought. Of course you could probably go 4-5 hours south and the temp might be 68. Which would be nice.
