A positive mindset.
Listen to music a lot.
If you find yourself thinking negatively, STOP the thought. Think "how can I spin this into something positive?"
Get outside in nature. Notice the beauty that surrounds you.
Find or develop a hobby that you lose yourself in. When time loses meaning as you do the activity, you know it is pleasurable and that is what will make you feel positive.
Listen to comedy specials. Laugh. Lighten your load.
Stop worrying. It accomplishes nothing. You cannot change anything by worrying. So take that time and spend it on something positive.
