Which male/female body parts do you find most attractive?
My opinion.
Male: Upper chest or arms
Female: Curve

I've never figured out a formula or consistency to this.
In some men, I find their nape attractive, in others their smiles, or their chest, or the shape of their butt. And chin dimple with a smile is just wow.
