What if you’re married to someone who has more or less libido than you. What do you do if it’s constantly coming up as an arguemnt?
One person prefers quantity the other prefers less quantity but better quality.

Well, sex like everything else in a partnership should be discussable.
But if you're using words like 'Quantity' and 'Quality' that indicates something/one doesn't see sex as quite as important as the other partner.
So it's a relationship issue.
Thus the question becomes....."Why is sex not as important for one partner ?"
