Usually drink 2% cow milk... but I would be open to trying others. I've heard camel milk is very good for people though hard to find.

Have you tried other types? What do you think of them?

@Viper I think I have tried most types of milk. I did drink camel milk once. Goat milk is pretty good, but I drink almond mostly
