Do you drink nut milk?

@Anon066 My sister loves Fairlife. Those cows live well too. I like Silk Almond a lot. I make my own sometimes

I like the almonds, especially the sweetened chocolate one, but they have basically no protein so hard to justify them over other options.

I did that for awhile and it works because it's only like 35 calories but then realized it was better for my diet to use the others.

Random story but holy shit the best protein shake of my life was the first one I ever had with almond milk. Me and my ex had just gotten back from a hike that was way longer than we expected and I was fucking dead. I went straight to lay down in bed and my ex made me one and brought me it, and I always used water but she used that and it was amazing. I have a hilarious picture somewhere of me and her dog both passed out laying in the dirt when we stopped for a break on the way back on that hike lol.

Oh no, she should lol. Well at least based on who is now, I do think if we didn't break up when we did we could've been happy but she's went pretty crazy since then lol.
