Why do some truck drivers feel they have the God given right to block off streets and block in people who are parked in legal parking spots?

lets stop all commercial truck deliveries for two days and you'll be crying....... no bread or milk in stores no mail including amazon etc

@MarineBob they can make their deliveries without blocking people in. What if I have to get to the hospital?
