My workout

I just did a nice upper body workout at the gym today all triceps and biceps for a full hour and a half with a slight bit of flies for chest muscles

And when I got home I had a protein shake and some mandarin orange slices

Sometimes less is more. Eat a nice full meal after the protein if you want to grow better

@Jeremazing 45 minutes of intense workout should be enough,two muscle groups per session. If you overwork the muscles they don’t have time to regenerate before the next session. Easy does it

@Jeremazing well,if he recommends an hour of tearing of a single group,he is wrong in my opinion but do what you think it’s best
