@SW-User I know how to treat high blood pressure but idk what that second problem is lol

I have a tear in the back right artery to my brain where an annuersium is stuck there which is a big reason why I have to keep my blood pressure down. If my blood pressure goes too high my aneurysm could dislodge and cause a major stroke.

@SW-User Then you should def try to relax as much as possible. You should also exercise often, eat healthy foods,and most importantly avoid lots of sodium. Even talking too much can raise your blood pressure slightly.
