do you know anyone who’s really bad at resolving a conflict?
they make it worse instead of better just because of the way they talk about it (sarcasm, smirks, etc)

Yes. They get passive aggressive, accusatory, start using things shared as ammunition to hurt the other .......and its all just downhill and not worth dealing with.
