How do you cope with change?

I hate it. I love comfort and don’t like trying new things

Not unusual... But if we lived by that thought we'd still be living in caves and banging rocks together to make fire ...

@ozgirl512 I think there is a big difference between how people handle change in their personal life vs how they take changes for all mankind

@Soxs45 yep... The first is often sudden, and often that which causes the most discomfort is the change we need to undertake the most

@Soxs45 there's a reason they call it a comfort zone.. Left alone we'd stay there
