For most people the answer is probably not. The feds told hospitals to make bills easier to understand, and they did just the opposite. The insurance companies are using the increased confusion to deny paying more line items that they paid in the past. It's obvious they are in a cabal to make the end user pay more. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Research fees against your bill or hire a firm that checks your bill for errors or inflated prices.
