If you stay up til 3am, then you stayed up late. But if you wake up at 3am, you wook up early?

Its 2am and im exaughsted and have an interview tomorrow and hopefully can stay warm tomorrow, and possibly awake! Maybe ill take a nap tomorrow. But yea, so do yall believe that too? Or do yall have any other thoughts or explanations or anything?
