Do you need a night light to comfortably go to sleep, or do you need it to be completley dark? I can't sleep unless it is pitch black in my room, although that is when I see the monsters.

Off, to the point of covering any charging light, clock face, computer lights, anything that adds light to the room gets covered. My window has blackout curtains. I prefer complete black. If I could sleep in a cavern I would.
