Yes, absolutely have. I came to the realization that I'm fine being who I am and don't need to look a certain way to appease anyone. Don't like my look...don't look!

yes...... while I am not Carey Grant or Rock Hudson, it could be a whole lot worse. I am thankful for the looks that I have.

Yes, I have. I can't change anything so I have learned to accept myself as I am.

Funnily enough no, over the years my weight has been up and down like a yo-yo. I realised my best weight was probably in 2012 and I looked 10 years younger than I was. Yes I'm not anything to look at but with less weight I had much more confidence. Over the years it's crept back on, but now I'm determined to go back to what I was. It may be a mid-life crisis but I'm just going to go with it.

Yes I’ve accepted my looks and used to go gym twice a day out of obsession. I finally learnt to eat a bar of chocolate and not count calories which was nice 😂
