The thing about anxiety is, you body says SLEEP and your mind just won’t let it happen.

What’s your trick to sleeping in panic mode. Exhausted but can’t sleep. Starving but i can’t eat. what do you do?

I know when the body is tired but the mind is not and wont let you sleep. I try thinking about nice things in life and also try to relax my body, loosen the muscles. Normally this works for me.

Whats bothering your mind ?
