The thing about anxiety is, you body says SLEEP and your mind just won’t let it happen.

What’s your trick to sleeping in panic mode. Exhausted but can’t sleep. Starving but i can’t eat. what do you do?

Theres so.much amazing music too.

The first does like chill progressive music ( amd some more uptempo)
I find soothimg music can just make me feel depressed when the energy of anxiety is present.
This stuff is sorta got a beat, but relaxing too.

Look up 'silk' music.

None of this may be your thing.



Also, there are videos of guided medication, find a voice ypu like - try it.
I didn't think it would work - o chose one on ' find your spirit guide😁 was thinking

This is rubbish, till later found myself waking up 2 hrs later, and realised i fell asleep about 20 minutes in, which is amazing for me.


And - one last thing - lavender.

We had friends when I was little that had a lavender farm.
Yoy were only allowed out in the fields for so long, coz pepple were known to drop if they stayed too long.

Idk - hope ypu find something that works.

Sometomes it's a multi pronged attack.
Eat this. Do that and listen to something.
