The thing about anxiety is, you body says SLEEP and your mind just won’t let it happen.

What’s your trick to sleeping in panic mode. Exhausted but can’t sleep. Starving but i can’t eat. what do you do?

Anxiety is linked to b vitamin deficiencies, barring PTSD or the likes. Nutritional yeast is a natural alternative to get them.

i have a B vitamin supplement maybe i will take them more @Peaceful

@DoubleRings probably synthetic which is hard for the body to assimilate. Look into nutritional yeast. It is delicious, tastes like cheese. I sprinkle it on all my veggies
