How do you prevent yourself from getting major stretch marks on your biceps and triceps when doing weight workouts?

I feel like the ones I have are not going to go away and will be permanently there I'm wondering a way to prevent them from appearing and the ones that are there I want to know how to get rid of them

Stretch marks are caused by rapid distension.
They will fade with time, though coco butter is said to have a similar effect.

The increase in muscle is the distension. Avoiding rapid weight loss/weight gain and having a nutritious diet helps.
