I think sometime last August, when I was being let go from a job. My supervisor said that the people who had been training me had told her that I had been having all the same problems that I had had before and that I hadn't improved at all, which wasn't true at all. I had greatly improved and wasn't having any of those problems anymore. And I'm sure that none of the people who had been training me would have told her that. I don't think she even talked to them, because she immediately fired me, the day she got back from vacation.

But I think that she had already made up her mind that she was going to get rid of me, even though she had led me to believe that she was giving me another chance, and she assumed that I wasn't going to improve.

Oh well, I wouldn't be happy working under her anyway. I'm much happier where I am now, even if the pay is slightly less.
