'Outsourcing' is very unfortunate. It seems that 'ethics', 'honesty' and 'integrity' are not real big in India as a general rule.

If you're getting those call center's calls from India avoid them. Just last week cops caught a racket of scammers here. They bring us trouble unfortunately. Most Indian State police forces are actively searching for other culprits. Most are based in North India.
